Ideal Academy is seeking passionate, dedicated, and qualified English Language Teachers to join our growing team. We are looking for educators who are committed to helping learners achieve their language goals through engaging, learner-centered, and high-quality instruction.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver effective English language lessons for children, teenagers, and/or adults.
Create a positive, motivating, and interactive learning environment.
Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare and administer assessments when required.
Maintain accurate attendance and academic records.
Participate in teacher meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of academic programs and teaching practices.

We are looking for candidates who:

Hold a Bachelor’s Degree, Master’s Degree, or equivalent qualification in English, Applied Linguistics, Translation, Education, or a related field.
Demonstrate a strong command of the English language (minimum B2 level; C1 or higher preferred).
Have excellent communication and classroom management skills.
Are enthusiastic, responsible, and committed to educational excellence.
Are willing to learn and continuously improve their teaching skills.
Have experience in English language teaching (preferred but not mandatory for outstanding candidates).
Are familiar with modern communicative teaching methodologies.
Reside within a reasonable commuting distance from the academy.

Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with one or more of the following will be given special consideration:

Previous teaching experience.
International teaching qualifications (CELTA, TEFL, TESOL, TKT, etc.).
Experience teaching young learners, teenagers, or exam preparation courses.
Familiarity with Cambridge, Oxford, Pearson, Macmillan, or National Curriculum materials.
